Our week-long stay at this hotel was truly enjoyable. the spacious and well-maintained room with its comfortable double beds and balcony provided a pleasant retreat after a day of exploring. Secondly, the staff were warm and charming, treating us as if we were guests in their own homes. Lastly, the breakfast each morning was fresh and well-presented, with the cappuccino and sweet croissants being particularly delightful. Additionally, the hotel's location was convenient, with easy access to markets, post office, and restaurants.

The noise from passing trains can be a bit loud at times, but it didn't significantly affect our overall experience.

the only thing good for this hotel is its location near the absolutely beautiful city of Orvieto

We have staied in better youth hostels. It could hardely bee a 2 -star. Very low level, awful breakfast.

I recently had a fantastic stay at a hotel near the autobahn. The value for money was outstanding, and I was pleasantly surprised by the reasonable prices and attention to detail. The hotel had basic amenities, including clean and comfortable rooms with a balcony, which provided a lovely view. The staff were friendly and helpful, treating guests with warmth and charm, just like we were guests in their own homes. Additionally, the breakfast included in the stay was fresh, simple, and well-presented, with delicious cappuccino and sweet croissants.

All was well and exceeded my expectations.

In front of the hotel about 6 meters, there were a main road, and a railway line. Behind the hotel, there were a high speed railway line and the highway !!! When we asked the hotel staff about the noise, they offered us EAR PLUGS !!! We hardly believe that...

Welcoming and the staff manage to communicate well, some even speak English. I went as a student on a study trip and was out all day long. There was a big breakfast everyday to start off my day. The rooms are big and spacious, and very clean! the bathroom has everything you would need. The bedding and towels are crisp and clean... rooms are cleaned everyday and and your personal belongings are safe.

The price was very good. Tthe staff unusually helpful and the room was just what we required! We would come back.

The location is incredibly misleading and nearly two miles from the train station and access to the old town. It's on a horribly busy and loud road, and the only thing nearby is a gas station and two restaurants that prove you actually cn get an awful meal in Italy. Very very disappointing.

Easy access on and off a1 motorway. Staff very helpful, friendly and spoke English well.

The noise was unbearable, the bullet trains shaked the entire building and they ran late into the night, the area was also very noisy with the highway in front of the hotel, there are train tracks on both sides of the hotel but the high speed train was the most annoying, made sleeping very hard......staff was apologic but not their fault.Hotel not as described on web.
